Refund policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Digital Downloads:
    Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issues or have any questions about your digital product, please contact us at hello@roterunner.com.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

To initiate a return, please email hello@roterunner.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The product(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Whether the item has been used

Our customer service team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval or without an RMA may not be accepted.

Returns & Refunds (if applicable)

  • Returned items must be in original condition (unused and undamaged unless defective).
  • Once the returned item is received and processed by our fulfilment partner, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refunded amount unless you are returning a defective item.
  • As all orders are fulfilled via Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF), return shipping costs are calculated and charged based on Amazon’s prevailing postage and handling fees, which are passed through at cost.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact hello@roterunner.com and include photos of the issue where applicable.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of the return once the item is received.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping & Returns Address

All returns are processed through our US-based fulfilment partner (Amazon MCF).
Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided once your return request is approved.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International Orders

At this time, international shipping is temporarily paused while we evaluate alternative fulfilment solutions. As a result, international orders and international returns are not currently supported.
