Order Processing
All orders normally take between 1 - 3 business days to process. During holiday season, orders can take up to 4 - 6 business days to process. Business days include Monday through Friday. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include tracking details. Shipping couriers request a 24-48 hour buffer time for tracking links to begin updating.
Our warehouse is making every effort to quickly process and ship out new orders within 3-5 business days. However, during high order volume or holiday seasons, we may require up to 7 business days to process your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

When will my order ship?
All orders are usually dispatched from our US warehouse within 1-3 business days from the day it was placed.
Due to high order volume or holiday seasons, orders may take up to 5-7 business days to process.
While we cannot guarantee shipping times, we will send an email with the tracking number to follow the parcel's progress as soon as it is available. The fulfillment time provided is an estimate and is not included in the shipment time.
Typically, we are seeing delivery to most destinations within 10-14 days.
Domestic US shipments
Standard : Free
Standard shipping to most states should reach you within 5-7 business days.
Express: Flat rate $5 for Two-Day Expedited shipping.
Expedited Shipping orders should reach you within 2 business days.
International Shipments (2026 Update)
Currently, international shipping outside the mainland United States is temporarily suspended.
This pause is due to recent changes introduced by our previous international fulfilment partner, including new monthly minimum requirements that made the service economically unviable for us. Rather than passing on increased costs to our customers or compromising on service quality, we’ve chosen to take a short hiatus while we secure a new international fulfillment solution.
We are actively working behind the scenes to secure a new international fulfilment partner and will reinstate standard international shipping as soon as this is finalised.

Lost Domestic US order?
If your package was marked as delivered but you have not received it yet, please check with your neighbors to see if the package was mistakenly delivered elsewhere. If a domestic order has still not arrived after 7 days, please reach out to us with your order number for assistance.
If your package is marked as "in-transit" and has no updates after 7 days, please reach out to us for assistance.
