Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse in the the US.
When will my order ship?
All orders are usually dispatched from our US warehouse within 1-3 business days from the day it was placed.
Due to high order volume or holiday seasons, orders may take up to 5-7 business days to process.
While we cannot guarantee shipping times, we will send an email with the tracking number to follow the parcel's progress as soon as it is available. The fulfillment time provided is an estimate and is not included in the shipment time.
Typically, we are seeing delivery to most destinations within 10-14 days.
Domestic US shipments
Standard : Free
Standard shipping to most states should reach you within 5-7 business days.
Express: Flat rate $5 for Two-Day Expedited shipping.
Expedited Shipping orders should reach you within 2 business days.
Flat shipping rate will be determined by destination country and dimensional weight estimates.
Once you have added everything to your cart, add your address in for an estimated shipping cost. Please note, it is your responsibility to pay all tariffs, duties and taxes.
We currently do not offer express options for international orders.
My order is lost, what do I do?
For domestic US Orders:
If your package was marked as delivered but you have not received it yet, please check with your neighbors to see if the package was mistakenly delivered elsewhere. If a domestic order has still not arrived after 10 days, please reach out to us with your order number for assistance.
If your package is marked as "in-transit" and has no updates after 10 days, please reach out to us for assistance.
For international Orders:
If your package was marked as delivered but you have not received it yet, please first contact your local post office to see if it is being held there. If an international order has not been located after 7 days, please reach out to us with your order number for assistance.
It is not unusual for international orders to appear to have a tracking update delay while traveling globally. If you do not see a tracking update after 15 business days, please reach out to us for assistance.
Do you have a shipping calculator?
Yes, we do! Once you are ready to place your order, proceed to the checkout page and enter in your address. You will then be presented with the shipping details page where you can get the exact shipping cost for your order.

What’s the story behind the Purpose Planner?
The Purpose Planner originally evolved as a holistic planning concept in a plain dot grid notebook by a man on a mission to be better and live a happier more fulfilled life.
Working in the financial markets with dreams of fixing his bad back, spending more time with his family, following his passions and making time to help people find their happiness through purpose, the planner emerged through his personal journey of growth.
An ocean of books and videos are out there to advise you on how to be better and planners that get you to fill in schedules, but very few that make it deeply personal, holistic, tangible and actionable. That’s what sets the Purpose Planner apart. Each element within it has been tried and tested to be accountable and purposeful yet flexible and forgiving.
There is no easy route to achieving your dreams but when you start to plan your steps and track your journey, it becomes easier to navigate.
What is the size of the notebook?
The notebook is B5. 19x25cm and about 0.5” thick. The size is in between A4 and A5.
We chose this size as it provides sufficient space to write without being too big and bulky. The soft cover also makes it lighter and more compact.
How is this different to all the other planners in the market?
o begin with this is a notebook first. A key feature behind the design is that you shouldn’t have to carry around a planner and a notebook. The Purpose Planner doubles up as both with almost 100 blank numbered, dot-grid note pages.
The structure of the Purpose Planner centres around connectivity and holistic planning. Where most planners simply provide space for schedules and activity, the Purpose Planner goes several layers deeper, guiding you to set compartmentalised goals for the next 6 months and then connecting and tracking them across your life, to your learning, rewards, monthly projects and weekly tasks.
It is also laid out to flow the way we work with each month a self-contained section starting with the monthly spread, followed by 5 weekly dashboards separated by blank note pages.
Why only 6 months?
The creator of the Purpose Planner has always worked in corporate environments. 6 months is a visible time frame, much like 2 quarters. The plans you commit to in that time frame have to be tangible and realistic for you to take action against them. Typically, most notebooks last around 6 months as well so this was also a consideration. Also, at 200pages, it is just the right size to carry around without becoming too bulky and heavy.
Is it dated?
This is a non-dated planner, designed to start at any point in the year. It does involve having to fill in the dates as they correspond to the months or weeks, but it gives you the complete flexibility to choose when and how you use it.
How will this notebook “empower” me to take action?
The Purpose Planner was built around simple self-coaching principles. The templates are designed so that they are intuitive and easy to use, focusing your attention on the key stakeholders in your life, your work, family, friends, passions and health.
As you set out your focus tasks in this manner you will realise that most tasks are relatively simple but when prioritised and actioned they move you one step forward.
When you start to plan with purpose, you will surprise yourself with how much time you create, the motivation that exists within you and how much you can get done.
How do I get started with this and stay committed?
Starting the Purpose Planner for the first time can be a little intimidating. The easiest way to begin is to write down what is most important to you right now in your life. If you can give those things a title or a “role” you can start to design objectives around it.
Effective goal setting is often harder than people realise but if you can define what is most important to you, setting objectives against those streams of your life becomes a lot easier. That’s really what “roles and goals” are all about.
Once that’s done, you automatically inject the monthly and weekly planning with a bigger life focus.
Your perspectives will shift and you will find yourself planning much more holistically than ever before.
What’s the best way to use the weekly dashboard?
The weekly spread is designed to be a strategy dashboard. We recommend setting out your priorities, daily habits and schedules for the week on a Sunday evening or Monday morning. What this does is give you clarity about what your priorities are for the week ahead and makes you significantly more focused on the projects and tasks that actually move the needle in your life.
You will find yourself minimising busy work and taking care of those things that you typically procrastinate. The weekly dashboard also speaks to you. The sections that are left blank make you aware of the gaps in your life and it’s up to you to fill them.
Are there enough weekly dashboards for each month?
Each month has 5 weekly dashboards to account for those months that have 5 weeks rather than 4.
Why aren’t there any daily planning templates?
The structure of this planner in essence renders a daily planning page redundant. The weekly dashboard provides space of for daily lists if needed in the daily calendar columns but if you have planned your week effectively, the way you see your tasks and activity will be in the broader context of your week not individual days.
If your weekly projects need to be broken down further, the blank note pages between each weeky spread are provided to capture that. This takes away the pressure and restrictions imposed by daily list making and will actually free up more of your time.
I use fine point sharpies. Will they bleed through the page?
The 100Gsm smooth wood free paper we have used is of a very high quality and while there is no bleed, certain ink pens may show through faintly on the other side although there won’t be any blotting.
What is the quality/weight of the paper?
The paper is 100 Gsm high quality wood free ivory paper (the color is more sepia beige than white). Pens run smoothly and there is no bleed through to the other side.
