How to use this section
-
Days of the Week Columns
Setting up: enter the month, days of the week and dates using the prompts provided. Set up your calendar per your preferred Sunday or Monday start layout. AM Focus: use the AM focus section to consider a simple repeatable morning routine that allows you to get your day off to the most effective and productive start. Drinking water, stretching & movement, breathing/meditation and a quick daily review is a simple 30-45 minute routine that we would recommend to anyone getting started. If you can allow for it, stay away from your phone for the first hour of your day. Time slots: the time slots are left purposely unstructured so the columns can be used to time block meetings & schedules (that don't always follow a strict hourly schedule) and also serve as your daily task list if you need it.
-
The 4 Priority Task Quadrants
Start planning your week here and set out the priority tasks for the week in each of the quadrants provided. A blank quadrant is provided if you need to create your own category. Consider using an “X” to check off completed tasks or “>” to migrate incomplete actions to the following week. Employing a simple task key can be very helpful to organising the status of your tasks.
-
The Not-To-Do List
Set out and be mindful of negative behaviors that hold you back or make you less productive. Being intentional about our behavior towards ourselves and others is the fastest way to make real positive change in our attitudes and how we interact with the world.
-
Sleep Tracker
Track your sleep daily to ensure you get enough quality rest everyday. Sleep is perhaps the most underrated aspect of our daily lives that directly impacts on your overall mental health and productivity. Spending a little time to investigate your sleep routines, habits and environment is a great way to get started with being proactive about your sleep.
-
Daily Habits
Set out 7 simple daily actions to build good habits that align with your values and goals. These shouldn't take more than a few minutes a day to complete and will over time compound into the benefits you seek. Also, there's nothing quite as satisfying as checking off your daily habits.
-
Self Care & Fitness
Plan and take charge of your fitness goals. If you have no physical fitness plans for the week consider using this space as a daily reflection zone or to capture one happy memory for the day. The titles are simply prompts but the space can be adapted to your needs.
-
Notes & Reminders
New ideas, things to remember, little memories, affirmations to motivate go here. 'Rate your week' is a simple exercise to help you stop and reflect on the week gone by. We find that it leads to a quick review over the sections you filled in and those you left blank, encouraging you to step into the next week with positivity and purpose.
-
Water, Food & Step Tracker
Keep your body and mind hydrated and track your food/diet goals for the week. We have also included a space labelled “S” which can be used for snacks or steps. We like using it for steps — the simplest way to get moving a bit more and hit those daily targets.
